Job Title: Product Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Assistant to support our Product Managers and Sales team in their daily efforts to grow product line sales and margins. This role will be responsible for handling various tasks and functions to ensure the smooth operation of our product line.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist Product Managers in standard price and delivery requests from sales and product teams
* Load, maintain, renew, and update supplier contracts
* Cross-reference requests from sales and product teams
* Manage sample requests and part loading on the system
* Coordinate literature requests and supplier prints
* Conduct distributor stock checks and part searches
* Become trained to use Quote Accelerator quoting function
* Administer opportunity tracker and provide backup support to Product Managers while they are out

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel
* Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong customer service skills

Working Conditions:

This is a sedentary role that requires occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform tasks such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, and viewing a computer terminal.
