Role Responsibilities:
The Food & Beverage Manager will cultivate a vibrant and productive atmosphere for the Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a commitment to exceptional service, and a genuine concern for team members. Mastery of contemporary luxury and lifestyle standards is essential.
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings to discuss specials and offerings.
- Oversee F&B operations, ensuring high-quality service while engaging with guests and staff.
- Address guest complaints and follow up on any issues.
- Facilitate daily team meetings to align on goals and expectations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining operational protocols for F&B services.
- Ensure daily setups and breakdowns align with the established aesthetic.
- Support the coordination and management of special events.
- Adhere to departmental policies and standards.
- Complete administrative tasks including reports, financial documentation, and staff management paperwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive approach with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common objectives.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
Certifications:
ServSafe and RBS certifications required.
