About the Role

Xponential Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation
    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate leads for the studio
  • Lead Management
    • Follow a structured sales process to convert leads to members
    • Acquire new members and convert non-members to membership
  • Membership and Member Relations
    • Build strong relationships with all members
    • Retain existing members and encourage referrals
    • Address member concerns in a timely and solutions-focused manner
  • Front Desk/Sales Team
    • Hire and train new Front Desk/Sales Team members
    • Manage the Front Desk/Sales schedule
    • Supervise Front Desk/Sales Team performance and drive results
  • Financial Performance
    • Collaborate with the Studio Owner to set sales targets
    • Conduct regular planning to ensure financial targets are met
  • Operations
    • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
    • Ensure all technology is functioning properly and submit maintenance requests as needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in retail/service sales or fitness sales
  • Ability to generate personal sales and train Sales Representatives
  • Experience managing multiple revenue streams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and the public
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software
Compensation and Benefits
