Xponential Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate leads for the studio
- Lead Management
- Follow a structured sales process to convert leads to members
- Acquire new members and convert non-members to membership
- Membership and Member Relations
- Build strong relationships with all members
- Retain existing members and encourage referrals
- Address member concerns in a timely and solutions-focused manner
- Front Desk/Sales Team
- Hire and train new Front Desk/Sales Team members
- Manage the Front Desk/Sales schedule
- Supervise Front Desk/Sales Team performance and drive results
- Financial Performance
- Collaborate with the Studio Owner to set sales targets
- Conduct regular planning to ensure financial targets are met
- Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Ensure all technology is functioning properly and submit maintenance requests as needed
- 2+ years of experience in retail/service sales or fitness sales
- Ability to generate personal sales and train Sales Representatives
- Experience managing multiple revenue streams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and the public
- Proficiency with computers and studio software
