New Business Development Specialist

Sysco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, relationship-building, and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact business growth.
- Proposal Development: Develop and present proposals to customers and stakeholders to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and achieve business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
