About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Optimization Specialist to join our team at CyberCoders. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge of industrial engineering and lean manufacturing principles to drive business growth and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Quality Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality and reliability.
  • Capital Projects Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of capital projects to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data-driven analyses to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
  • Lean Manufacturing Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles across the organization.
  • Maintenance Programs Development: Design and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, with a focus on process development and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with line balancing, manning calculations, productivity analysis/loss analysis, capacity analysis, ergonomic risk analysis, time studies, standardized work, PFMEA, lean manufacturing, and statistical process control.
  • Experience with capital projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD software.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable, as well as Six Sigma certification.
Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
