Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipper/Receiver. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete shipments using our ERP system and/or tablet, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pull, package, and palletize products for shipment, adhering to quality and customer standards.
  • Receive, stock, and rotate product, identifying and storing finished inventory.
  • Create and apply documents, such as shipping labels, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Simpson Strong-Tie Powered Industrial Truck Certification required (will certify at hire).
  • D.O.T. HazMat Training required (will certify at hire).
  • 1 year of warehouse, logistics, and/or shipping experience required.
  • Ability to operate forklift, reach truck, order picker, and electric pallet jack.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This role operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and potential hazards. The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds is required.
