  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in M&A at a top-tier corporate firm.
  • Member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction where they will practice.
  • Exceptional academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with, or a keen interest in, technology and/or life sciences sectors.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive salary range: $260,000 - $310,000.
  • Eligible employees may also receive a discretionary bonus based on performance.
