**Job Summary**

Project Solutions Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Development Specialist to lead the construction project at Fort Sumter and Fort Moultrie National Historical Park in Charleston, SC. This is a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale infrastructure development project with a reputable organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in maritime/tidal work such as pier and dock rehabilitation and replacement. They will also have knowledge of applicable building codes, safety regulations, and cost estimating techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical assistance and support to CO during construction
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of the project
  • Develop and implement a project schedule and budget
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with contract documents

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Education leading to a Construction Management Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is approximately $90,000-$105,000 annually based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
