Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, dependable, and effective care to patients with a focus on surgical oncology
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid, active unencumbered nursing license
- Minimum of 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be required in designated departments
