- Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of related customer service/call center environment required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, strong sense of urgency, and ability to multi-task.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient use of Excel and Word, and ability to 10-Key by touch.
