Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician I to join our team. This role will involve providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring that their IT systems are operating optimally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide IT desktop support to approximately 85 users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Respond to tickets and questions escalated from Tier I Call Center, addressing incidents and problems promptly.
  • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken or installation activities.
  • Be knowledgeable with Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems, MS Office Applications, Google Mail, and Google Applications.
  • Troubleshoot IT hardware and software issues to include laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, and printers.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment.
  • Extensive support of MS Windows-based OS, including laptop and desktop hardware.
  • Ability to speak about and explain complex concepts, as well as provide recommendations for client needs.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction (CS) and positive customer experience (CX).
