Handle confidential materials and communications with discretion. Facilitate communication between the Program Director and various internal and external stakeholders. Manage the Residency Management System (RMS) for the program, ensuring accurate maintenance of resident data and compliance with reporting requirements. Identify program weaknesses and develop initiatives for improvement in collaboration with the Program Director and leadership team. Design and manage evaluations that assess resident and faculty performance, ensuring alignment with competency-based standards. Coordinate accreditation activities, including preparation for ACGME site visits and necessary documentation. Develop and oversee the recruitment and selection process for incoming trainees, ensuring adherence to established policies. Maintain compliance with program letters of agreement and ensure they are updated as required. Track and analyze educational activities data to meet accreditation and certification requirements. Organize GME program events, including recruitment, orientation, and graduation activities. Stay informed on accreditation trends and developments through literature review and conference attendance. Represent the program at various meetings and conferences, collaborating with national organizations. Mentor and guide other GME Program Coordinators and Directors. Assist in planning institution-level development activities for Program Coordinators. **Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned.** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, and MedHub is preferred, along with familiarity with ACGME, TMB, and NRMP policies.
