In light of our significant growth, AIS is on the lookout for a Field Service Manager to oversee operations in the Dallas Texas region. The Field Service Manager will be tasked with managing all facets of the installation process for multifamily projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate delivery and installation processes in collaboration with clients.
  • Review and authorize subcontractor invoices for payment.
  • Ensure the competency of installers and the timely completion of necessary documentation.
  • Proactively address and resolve client concerns.
  • Participate in client-required meetings as necessary.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and various departments within AIS.
  • Maintain a visible presence on job sites.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction.
  • Prior experience in construction management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning tools.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work remotely and travel to various job sites as required.
