Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN House Supervisor to join our team at Select Medical's Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals. As a leader in patient care, you will be responsible for managing resources, creating a healthy work atmosphere, and serving as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage resources during assigned shifts
  • Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth
  • Constantly monitor the workplace to ensure company policies and procedures are maintained
  • Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families
  • Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs
Qualifications
  • Valid State RN License
  • BLS and ACLS required at hire
  • Five years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred
  • Prior clinical management experience preferred
  • BSN preferred
