Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description:

  • Communicate with customers daily to provide product information, document complaints, and process order requests
  • Qualify and build rapport with potential new customers to establish open lines of communication and trust
  • Maintain a positive demeanor towards customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide timely solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Become an expert in our product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Keep accurate records of orders, escalation requests, comments, and complaints and file accordingly
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm while establishing a supportive environment for team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Natural communicator with ability to build rapport and trust in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to stay calm and maintain a solution-oriented mindset when working through challenging situations
  • Positive attitude with confident demeanor
  • Superior organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Driven by performance and always looking to improve continuously
