Job Summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IAM solutions using enterprise tools such as Sailpoint IdentityNow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and configure IAM solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration of the platform with existing systems and applications
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of new products, industry trends, and recommend enhancements and purchases to support the company's IAM needs
  • Work with Architecture role to review standards and determine the best design to meet project requirements
  • Perform complex programming assignments requiring an advanced aptitude of established programming standards, methods, and best practices
  • Maintain and modify applications, make approved changes, and provide support for critical application problems and issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology field of study
  • 5+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of Java programming and REST API experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile principles and practices
  • Strongly preferred: experience with Identity and Access Management systems and Sailpoint IdentityNow
