Job Summary

The Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer is a critical role in our organization, responsible for implementing identity and access management solutions using enterprise tools such as Sailpoint IdentityNow. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, configuring IAM solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement identity and access management solutions using Sailpoint IdentityNow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
  • Configure IAM solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications
  • Play a critical role in application onboarding, enhancing security measures, managing user access, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of new products, industry trends, and recommend enhancements and purchases to maintain healthy and functional applications and protect employee identities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology field of study or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of Java programming and REST API experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile principles and practices
  • Knowledge of all phases of Software Development Lifecycle
  • Ability to review project plans with SME and team members and make suggestions or provide feedback based on the needs of the program
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management systems and Sailpoint IdentityNow
  • 3+ years of experience working with SQL
