Job Title: Senior Identity Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Developer to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Senior Identity Developer, you will be responsible for implementing identity and access management solutions using enterprise tools such as Sailpoint IdentityNow.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and configure IAM solutions
* Ensure seamless integration of the platform with existing systems and applications
* Play a critical role in application onboarding, enhancing security measures, managing user access, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
* Develop and maintain current knowledge of new products, industry trends, and recommend enhancements and purchases that allow Sherwin-Williams to maintain healthy and functional applications and protect its employees' identities

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology field of study
* 5+ years of IT experience
* 5+ years Java programming and REST API experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working on all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
* Experience with Agile principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Identity and Access Management systems
* Experience with Sailpoint IdentityNow
* 3+ years experience working with SQL

* Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
