Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including sales process, budget management, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer and employee experience.
- Interview, hire, and train team members to support store operations and company growth.
- Ensure positive associate engagement and employee development through timely and effective feedback.
- Work with upper management to set strategy for the store and provide vision, direction, and motivation to your team.
- Resolve customer and employee issues.
- Drive business through high-level involvement in day-to-day operations.
