Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing projects and ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Plan and assign work schedules to ensure efficient service delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and respond to client-reported emergency situations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Train and manage site janitorial and porter staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Continuously monitor employee timekeeping entries, ensuring adherence to company policy and assigned work schedules.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue by providing additional billable project work to new and existing clients.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising employees in a commercial cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage teams, with a strong focus on staff retention, counseling, and development.
  • MS Office proficiency required, with a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to give effective presentations to small and large groups.
  • Resourceful team player with a positive outlook and approachable demeanor.
