- Collaboration: Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet the needs of the business.
- Retention Focus: Take direct responsibility for retaining all assigned accounts, addressing client concerns effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Apply effective problem-solving techniques to address various issues, including cancellations, claims, and renewals.
- Active P&C license.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven account management experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
