About the Role:
  • Develop and implement therapeutic recreational and related activities for residents
  • Conduct and monitor activities to ensure resident engagement and progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to staff on recreational therapy techniques
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in a related field
  • License in Music Therapy, Dance Therapy, Drama Therapy, Art Therapy, or other accepted area of recreational therapy
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
  • Able to address the psycho-social needs of residents
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of people
