About the RoleAs a Senior Art Director, you'll work on a variety of projects alongside our team of supporting creatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the look and feel of ideas
- Assisting the creative team with art needs
- Maintaining design quality control
- Maintaining positive relationships with interdepartmental teams and clients
- Working with third-party vendors and/or partner agencies
- Maintaining an understanding of clients, current, and upcoming projects
- Developing a trusting and communicative relationship with creative team members
- Regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability, and promptness
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Understanding of print production
- Ability to work in PowerPoint, Keynote, Office Suite
- Prior experience and/or knowledge in sports, music, and entertainment is beneficial
- Proactive ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task
Base salary range: $K, plus bonus potential if applicable for the role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors, including market dynamics, location, experience, specialized skills/training, level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, and tenure at the company.
