Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from providers and patients, guiding them through their healthcare insurance options. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional. Our client is the largest hospital in Virginia and one of the largest private employers in the state.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of Inbound Call Center experience
  • Strong Customer Service skills and Professionalism
  • Reliability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A caring spirit, manners, articulate, professionalism
