About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bartender to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Cultivate regular guests and encourage repeat business
  • Successfully complete a pour test prior to every shift
  • Suggestively sell beverages and menu items to guests at the bar
  • Deliver beverage orders promptly and prioritize drink orders
  • Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications
  • Record any equipment failure or safety hazards in the bar log
  • Recognize when guests are becoming intoxicated and refuse further service of alcohol in a courteous and safety-minded manner
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain venue safety and sanitation standards
  • Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to venue policy
  • Prepare guest checks and process payment according to company policy
Requirements
  • TIPS/RAMP Certification (provided)
  • Ability to work late hours and flexible schedule
  • Cash handling experience and ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs
  • Skill in interpersonal communication and teamwork
  • Physically able to pass a pour test and mixology drill
  • Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years of work experience in a high-volume environment
  • Experience recognizing valid IDs and working in a live music environment
Working Environment

The working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressful. The position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet.
