Position Overview:

As the Head Mixologist at Wooden Paddle, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar. Your expertise in crafting visually stunning cocktails will be essential in creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, typically requiring 25-30 hours per week over 4-5 days. Days off are generally scheduled consecutively.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • At least 3 years of experience in a bartending role with a focus on craft cocktails
  • Preferred 1 year of experience in a supervisory bartending position
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Familiarity with Toast and MarginEdge is advantageous
