Clinical Medical Assistant/Licensed Practical Nurse
">Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Medical Assistant/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at FirstHealth of the Carolinas. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
">About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires a valid NC LPN License or CMA Certification, with a minimum of one year of work experience in a medical clinic or similar environment. Preferred, but not required, Family Medicine work experience.
">Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and conducting basic exams.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care, communicate with patients, and provide education on health and wellness.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, processing lab results, and managing medical supplies.
- Valid NC LPN License or CMA Certification.
- Minimum one year of work experience in a medical clinic or similar environment.
- Preferred, but not required, Family Medicine work experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
