Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HFMG Clinic LPN to join our team at Health First Medical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians in all procedures as instructed, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Collect blood and/or samples as directed, using sterile techniques and proper documentation.
  • Administer medications as ordered, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with the healthcare team.
  • Provide leadership and support to ancillary nursing and patient team personnel, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Complete all documentation supporting billable activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain documentation and assessment of patients' vital signs, drug allergies, and description of patients' complaints on all charts.
  • Under the supervision of an RN, case manage patients with their wound care, applying dressings as ordered per the physician.
Requirements
  • Current Florida LPN license.
  • Must hold and maintain current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date.
  • Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in stressful environments.
  • Ability to assess and quickly interpret data and assist physicians in the care and education of patients of various ages and levels of understanding.
  • Demonstrate leadership ability and flexibility.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of exposure to biohazardous waste, MSDA substances, and unknown diseases.
Physical Requirements

Physically agile; may require walking, standing, running, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, or crouching frequently. Medium work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, with or without assistance.
