Where You'll Work

Our Beloit, WI location is home to our Corporate Headquarters for the North American Region, with a diverse team of approximately 700 employees across various functions, including regulatory, research and development, finance, procurement, supply chain, and customer care. Our campus offers a full cafeteria, fitness center, and beautiful walking paths, making it an ideal place to work and relax.

Key Responsibilities

As a PMM CoE Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing partnerships with key stakeholders, including Sales, RD&A, Procurement, and Strategic Pricing Managers, to ensure an efficient and effective pricing process.
  • Providing timely and quality price setting, maintenance, and support.
  • Offering pricing recommendations to sales groups with supporting analysis.
  • Coordinating pricing processes and providing price negotiations support.
  • Managing price approval processes.
  • Monitoring, protecting, and improving pricing margins.
  • Managing customer agreements and incentives.
  • Accurately interpreting and implementing Pricing Policies and Guidelines.
  • Ensuring data maintenance and quality in all Pricing processes and systems.
  • Participating in Pricing projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring service levels on turnaround for quotes, invoicing, and pricing discrepancies, along with other relevant role KPIs.
  • Supporting customer service excellence on pricing/order issues.
  • Managing and developing direct reports.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in accounting/finance or a related area.
  • 3+ years' experience within a commercial environment, preferably in pricing or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems, business intelligence systems, CRM systems, and Pricing systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical hiring range for this role is $72,619 to $109,923 annually, based on factors such as education, work experience, certifications, and location. Kerry offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contribution, subject to eligibility requirements.
