Role Overview:
The Manufacturing Systems Engineer will be instrumental in enhancing the performance of systems and machinery within our state-of-the-art assembly and packaging facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate technical assistance regarding engineering, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Assist in regulatory inspections and maintain adherence to FDA regulations.
- Conduct advanced maintenance tasks and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and refine maintenance protocols.
- Analyze utility and equipment schematics to support operational efficiency.
- Provide assistance during non-standard working hours as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED with 6 years of Technical Engineering experience OR
- Associate's degree with 4 years of Technical Engineering experience OR
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with PLC, Computer Serialization, and Packaging Equipment.
- Experience with SCADA/PLC Control Systems in the pharmaceutical field.
- Understanding of automation system hardware and software support.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
