- Exhibit attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and accurately interpret, manipulate, and prepare financial models and analyses from extensive and sometimes unclear datasets. Strong problem-solving abilities and comprehensive quantitative thinking are essential.
- Demonstrate a high level of organization, initiative, intellectual curiosity, accountability, and a commitment to achieving results in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Possess well-rounded interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and collaborating with various stakeholders at different levels.
- Effectively convey information, telling compelling stories with data, instilling confidence, educating, and motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets is required; familiarity with SQL is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Finance or equivalent roles, preferably within technology or high-growth sectors.
- A degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
