Key Responsibilities:

  5. Navigate complex processes and ambiguous scenarios while working with multiple teams.

  7. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with business partners within TurboTax.
  8. Exhibit attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and accurately interpret, manipulate, and prepare financial models and analyses from extensive and sometimes unclear datasets. Strong problem-solving abilities and comprehensive quantitative thinking are essential.
  9. Demonstrate a high level of organization, initiative, intellectual curiosity, accountability, and a commitment to achieving results in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  10. Possess well-rounded interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and collaborating with various stakeholders at different levels.
  11. Effectively convey information, telling compelling stories with data, instilling confidence, educating, and motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.
  12. Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets is required; familiarity with SQL is highly preferred.
  13. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Finance or equivalent roles, preferably within technology or high-growth sectors.
  14. A degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
