Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including loading and unloading of trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of inventory, and report any damage or discrepancies to management.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, with a proven track record of success in inventory management, team leadership, and quality control.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • People Management Experience: 3 years of experience in a people management role, with a proven track record of success in team leadership and development.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Knowledge of systems and processes used in logistics and supply chain management.
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, communicate effectively, and operate a computer and other equipment. Occasional lifting of up to 65 pounds may be required.
