POSITION OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the implementation of all programs, events, and gatherings
  • Lead, recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and develop personnel
  • Continuously assess production staff and operational processes
  • Partner with leaders in operational areas
  • Prepare and oversee the annual budget for the department
  • Envision and strategize the future direction of Kripalu Production
