Position Summary
This dynamic role involves addressing customer needs both in-person and over the phone.
Utilize your interpersonal skills to clarify warranty options, coordinate time commitments between technicians and clients, manage checkout processes, and promote our products and services.
Responsibilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer retail sales.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding sales and address complaints to foster customer loyalty.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills related to customer issues.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and the ability to operate both customer and company vehicles.
- Complete and keep up with all mandatory training and educational modules required for this role.
