Location: Various Elementary & Middle Schools

Work Schedule: The Site Supervisor is required to be present at their designated location from 6:15 AM until the start of the school day, and from 15 minutes prior to school dismissal until 6:15 PM, Monday through Friday. (No weekend shifts)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation is commensurate with education and experience (ranging from $19 to $21 per hour).
  • Part-time benefits include health coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications: Candidates must meet the criteria to be a Master Teacher through one of the following:

  • Completion of 1050 hours of training and passing the Master Teachers test (Certification proof required)
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
  • Child Care Professional (CCP) credential
  • 12 credit hours in Early Childhood Education/Child Development/Specialized Activities
  • Oklahoma Certificate of Mastery

As a Site Supervisor at AlphaBEST, you will:

  • Oversee the effective delivery of engaging programs that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to communicate essential program information to students, parents, and school officials.
  • Guide AlphaBEST Group Leaders in executing creative activities that spark children's curiosity.
  • Foster creativity and intellectual exploration by establishing clubs that align with students' interests and talents.
  • Create a nurturing, family-like atmosphere that encourages positive relationships among staff, children, parents, and the school community.
