Key Opportunity:

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in facilitating project execution by overseeing budgeting and procurement processes at the project level. We seek a candidate who exemplifies qualities such as integrity, inquisitiveness, and a steadfast dedication to our operational standards while ensuring data accuracy.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clear and proactive communication, promptly identifying and escalating potential risks and challenges.
  • Work in close partnership with Finance and Delivery teams to ensure project coherence with organizational objectives.
  • Assist in the formulation of project budgets and clarify underlying assumptions.
  • Adhere to company protocols for bidding processes in new ventures and acquisitions for existing facilities.
  • Lead the bid submission and evaluation process, collaborating with General Contractors to synchronize bids and rectify discrepancies.
  • Examine cost proposals, negotiate bids, and aid in the preparation of scope documents for leadership assessment.
  • Develop estimates for ongoing improvement projects and present detailed information to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Manager in reviewing scope documents and sanctioning change orders.
  • Engage in the estimation process for prospective change orders.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Exhibit outstanding communication capabilities with Executives, Accounting, and Delivery teams.
  • Demonstrate discernment and uphold a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Possess confidence in negotiations and be willing to escalate and collaborate on challenges.
  • Show strong organizational skills and a background in construction budgeting and cost oversight.
  • Must be a Full US Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
