Job Overview

Position Title: Logistics Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing shipping and receiving documentation, as well as the physical handling of goods, including receiving, storing, packaging, labeling, and dispatching freight. You will collaborate with sales and management teams to support the growth of assigned accounts and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize warehouse power equipment, such as forklifts and hydraulic jacks, to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and monitoring.
  • Assist in the development of operational strategies to enhance workflow and productivity.
Required SkillsHard Skills
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a picking/packing role within a warehouse setting.
  • Proficient in operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
  • Ability to handle various warehouse power equipment safely and effectively.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills in English.
Work Environment

This position is fully on-site. We offer 1st and 2nd shift opportunities in a clean, climate-controlled workspace. Candidates should be prepared to stand for the duration of their shifts. There is potential for permanent placement based on performance and attendance, with weekly pay.
