  7. Metrics-Driven Approach: Develop and monitor metrics to ensure accuracy in receiving and establish productivity standards for parts picking and shipping, paving the way for data-driven decision-making.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Participate in product planning and development, driving process improvements in parts and shipping areas to enhance cost, efficiency, and productivity.
  9. Lean Manufacturing Leadership: Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, spearheading initiatives to eliminate waste and optimize operational processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required with a preference for Industrial Engineering
  • Additional Training: A certification in Lean Manufacturing highly desired
  • Experience: 10+ years of Operations Management experience in leading multiple warehouses & distribution sites. Must be strong in process development, cycle count processing, along with warehouse consolidation experience. Demonstrated experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing techniques & tools in a warehouse & distribution environment is crucial.
  • Focus: Can operationally stand-up a warehouse or distribution center along with exceptional data analytics and presentation skills. Experience with Oracle is a plus.
