Job Summary

Anthony's Villa is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Social Worker to join our Residential Program team. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), you will provide clinical services to clients in need of mental health treatment, working under the supervision of our Clinical Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Services: Conduct mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients.
  • Crisis Intervention: Assist in crisis intervention services and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care.
  • Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with relevant ethical and legal regulations and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Licensure: Active license as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or above in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
  • Skills: Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health disorders, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members.
Work Environment

The Clinical Social Worker will work in a clean, well-lit, and well-ventilated environment, with moderate noise levels. The position requires the ability to work effectively in a team setting and to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal regulations.
