Job Title: Youth Services Worker

Anthony's Villa is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Services Worker to join our team. As a key member of our Group Home team, you will provide direct care and support services to children and adolescents in a therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, including documenting progress and communicating with treatment team members.
  • Provide direct care to clients, including supervising daily activities, ensuring safety and security, and assisting with personal hygiene and self-care tasks.
  • Maintain a therapeutic environment by utilizing positive behavior management techniques, providing consistent and clear expectations, and promoting a sense of community among clients.
  • Provide transportation for clients to appointments and activities as needed.
  • Participate in and lead therapeutic groups and recreational activities for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Ability to maintain a therapeutic environment and manage challenging behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • CPR/First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
Work Environment:

The Youth Services Worker will work primarily in an office setting, with frequent travel to client homes and community locations. May be required to work evenings and weekends as needed.
