Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to join our team at Anthony s Villa. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide clinical services to clients in need of mental health treatment.

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and provide individual and group counseling to clients, as well as assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans. You will also maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and communicate regularly with team members.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based counseling services to clients, including individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with team members to provide coordinated care and make referrals as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, Master's Degree preferred
  • Active license as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or above in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
