Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Process rental agreements, verify customer information, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide superior customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
  • Offer additional customer assistance, including directions, maps, and local area information.
  • Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions, providing information and resolution for customers and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return and notify management of any issues.
  • Continuously build knowledge and skills through on-the-job training, development opportunities, and company-sponsored classroom training.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
What We Offer
  • Hourly rate of $18.00/hour with bonus incentives.
