Key Responsibilities
- Partner with branch leadership to hire, train, and develop retail bank staff.
- Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and training to team members to attain new customer relationships and retain existing ones.
- Act as a customer ambassador to provide high-quality experiences worthy of our brand.
- Develop and implement written short- and long-term plans for achieving branch growth, sales, fee income, and service goals.
- Implement workplace strategies to build efficiency and achieve market profit, performance, and I.
- Lead market strategy meetings to identify new business and referral opportunities throughout Business Banking, Home Lending, and Branch Network Departments.
- Develop, maintain, and cultivate community and new business contacts to enhance bank visibility and maximize business development opportunities.
- Advise on and accept consumer and small business loan applications, including reviewing and gathering information, closing the loan, processing paperwork, and following up with the customer as needed.
- Facilitate the internal credit review/analysis process while meeting and delivering I.
- Identify, plan, and facilitate opportunities to host community events and activities.
- Manage the creation, review, and maintenance of Branch Network procedures.
- Protect all funds, physical assets, and property of the bank within budget in cooperation with IncredibleBank Facilities and Cyber/IT Security Employees.
- Direct ongoing compliance and management of all required training and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- ~3-5 years of experience in direct banking sales/market strategy, business development, personal banking, business banking, or branch management related experience and/or training.
- Familiarity and utilization of digital banking services/banking systems required.
