Assembly Line Operator

We are seeking an Assembly Line Operator to join our team at Astronics Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and attaching hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches to assemblies, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional hand-eye coordination and dexterity, with the ability to focus on tasks and pay attention to details. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with others effectively and professionally in a manufacturing environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include a 9/80 schedule, where you can enjoy every other Friday off with a slightly longer workday throughout the remaining weekdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and attach hardware to assemblies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform online go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications
Requirements:
- Due to federal contract obligations, must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination and dexterity
