We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Processing Engineer to join our leadership team in Lebanon, NH.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,035. We offer a range of benefits, including profit-sharing, employee stock ownership, five days/year community service time, and a strong commitment to environmental stewardship.

Job Responsibilities

This role will focus on driving process improvements through product-life-management activities, developing new product platforms, and designing safer, more productive, and higher-quality production lines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for seeking and delivering process improvements, outstanding collaboration skills, and a flexible approach to working in teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience supporting electromechanical assembly
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma practices
  • Familiarity with MS Office and SolidWorks
  • Prior experience with Bill of Materials and Engineering Change Orders
Preferred Experience
  • Hands-on professional experience as a process engineer
  • Experience landing and troubleshooting production equipment
  • Facilitating Kaizens
  • Database management tool experience with query writing
  • Project Management experience
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Analysis Software, GD&T, VSM, DFM, pFMEA, dFMEA, Structured Problem Solving
