Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team at New Earth Residential LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our community, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the community's physical appearance, including common areas and amenities.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Oversee the leasing process, including showing apartments, processing applications, and conducting move-ins.
  • Manage the community's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Supervise and train community staff, including leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and other support staff.
  • Collaborate with the Urban Village Impact team to develop and implement community programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Community Manager in multi-family property management.
  • Strong leasing and marketing background, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
