As an Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, aligning HR technology with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Customization and Configuration:
    • Design and implement integrations between Oracle HRMS and other systems.
    • Customize and configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules to align with HR processes and policies.
    • Develop custom solutions, reports, and interfaces using Oracle development tools (Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow).
    • Plan and execute HR data migration, ensuring data integrity and smooth transition.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proven experience as an EBS HRMS Technical Consultant.
    • Proficient in Oracle development tools (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow).
    • Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a technical consultant in Oracle HCM.
