Position: Project Manager - Heavy Civil
Compensation Range: $80,000 - $110,000 Annually
The Project Manager is accountable for comprehensive project planning, scheduling, resource management, project accounting, and control measures. This role also entails providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall safety, quality, and financial aspects of each project.
  • Manage all contractual documents and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and supervise all necessary submissions to Owners and General Contractors.
  • Directly manage all subcontractors, workforce, equipment, material procurement, and maintain project timelines.
  • Responsible for the preparation and submission of payment applications, claims, and project change order documentation.
  • Monitor project performance utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Finalize contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Participate in field job meetings and address any scheduling conflicts related to site operations and various trades.
  • Supervise tasks assigned to the Project Engineer.
Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong time management and logistical decision-making capabilities.
  • Commitment to Safety, Quality, and Accountability.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and performing well under pressure.
  • Ability to interpret and understand construction drawings thoroughly.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and/or other project management software.
Desirable:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of project management experience in site work, excavation, and underground utilities.
