Senior Manager, Amazon Media Strategy

About the Role:
The Associate Director, Amazon Media Analytics is a key leadership position responsible for driving the development and ongoing management of Kimberly-Clark North America's Amazon Media Analytics program.
This role will play a critical part in determining the scope of the program, integrating it with businesses, and creating meta-analyses that will shape Amazon media analytics at Kimberly-Clark.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics and media, with experience in leading teams and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement infrastructure to scale new Amazon Analytics Team function
- Coach and develop a team new Amazon Marketing Cloud capability
- Develop and execute an annual media measurement transformation agenda and roadmap
- Manage vendors that are in service of Amazon media analytics
- Accountable for the ongoing delivery of high-quality media analysis, recommendations, and impact that drives Amazon Team NS, Share, and Marketing KPIs
- Own relationship with Amazon Measurement Product Managers, in support of overall Amazon Advertising relationship
- Bring central learnings and best practices from HQ Insights & Analytics Team and adopt for Amazon Team
- Ability to guide, design, analyze, and drive insights from Amazon media tests
- Monitor industry trends in advanced retail marketing analytics (Amazon + others) for new tools, vendors, features to ensure K-C is in a constant state of readiness
- Work closely with Amazon Brand Managers across the organization to support their media strategies, media performance, and integration
