Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Support Specialist to join our team at Prudential Ins Co of America. As a key member of our Pacific Northwest Financial Group, you will play a critical role in driving market and revenue growth through recruiting, marketing, and sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage with candidates to schedule appointments, organize interviews, and coordinate VIP days for prospective financial professionals.
  • Monitor candidates as they progress through the pre-hire and appointment process, and support the onboarding process.
  • Research market opportunities and work with the leadership team to develop strategies and plans to grow market, track, and report results.
  • Coordinate and execute logistics in support of our seminar strategy, including managing the venue or technology, tracking results, etc.
  • Provide sales support to help drive revenue growth, including owner lead optimization strategy, managing the new business submission process, and providing new business technology and training support to advisors.
  • Perform office responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency, including scheduling firm-wide meetings, monitoring adherence with mandatory training requirements, and providing financial support to help manage firm expenses and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one to three years of business experience in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Experience in supporting recruiting, marketing, and sales preferred.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
